The Canonical Scriptures

The Old Testament
All official Catholic lists were based on the Septuagint
There are minor differences in the titles of the books, but not in the content.
The order in which the books are listed varies somewhat; generally because they are classified differently: Law-Prophets-Writings, or chronologically.

The major difficulty in reconciling these lists is that Jeremias, Lamentations, and Baruch are treated variously as one, two, or three books.  The phrase "Books of Solomon" refers either to three or to five of the "sapiential books," but all five of these books are included in every list

*Saint Athanasius' list was written while the determination of the canon was still in progress (367 AD). He includes Baruch in the Hebrew canon but Excludes Esther.  He indicates that the Church holds The Wisdom of Solomon, and the Wisdom of Sirach (Ecclesiasticus), Esther, Judith, and Tobias as canonical.  He adds the Teaching of the Apostles (Didache), and the Shepherd, not as canonical, but read in the churches.  He omits Machabees I & II

The New Testament
There are minor differences in the order of the books, but not in the content.
The distinction by the Council of Rome between John the priest and John the Apostle, is one of authorship and not content.
